WINE AND BEVERAGES LA TEGALA

At La Tegala, we see our winery as a tribute to our volcanic land and to the immense effort of the small-scale producers who work it. As you take shelter under our tegala, we invite you to enjoy a journey where every glass tells the story of our roots and our culture.

As you take shelter under our pergola, we invite you to enjoy a journey where every glass tells the story of our roots and our culture.

THE ENTRANCE /

This journey through the senses begins with enticing sparkling wines, a vermouth, a refreshing craft beer from Lanzarote, or “a tour of the 8 islands” through our signature cocktails. Once seated, the ritual continues with a selection of very limited-production Canarian wines.

For those seeking the ultimate in uniqueness, our wine list features true gems from small-scale winemakers that take on a whole new dimension the moment you uncork them.

EL PASO /

This journey invites you to continue discovering our landscape through a selection of island wines that embody our Canarian identity, produced in Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro.

THE AFTERTASTE /

Like any great wine, this experience leaves an aftertaste of tradition and our identity. And here, true hospitality is shown by inviting friends to enjoy a hearty glass* of wine.

At La Tegala, we embrace that same spirit of warmth and celebration, but in a setting where time stands still. We strip the toast of any sense of urgency, transforming it into a leisurely and serene pleasure that ensures the essence of the evening lingers in your memory.

Tanganazo* = a large shot or glass of alcohol that is downed in one gulp.

As dinner draws to a close, the experience will invite you to discover new nuances. It’s the perfect moment to savor our exclusive homemade honey rum, made with Arehucas rum, or to enjoy the mesmerizing ritual of a fine cup of coffee or tea brewed at your table using a Japanese siphon. The perfect finishing touch is to order the arrancadilla** before heading home.

Arrancadilla** = the last drink, or round of drinks, that a customer orders at a bar or similar establishment after having had several.
