La Tegala is an homage to the Canary Islands, the family, and the thousands of farmers, who have been able to get products from this fertile land made of volcanoes and trade winds for centuries.
In this restaurant you can smell the scent of the sea, there are memories of lava and cultural expressions of a land that may seem unfriendly but instead hides richness and diversity.
